I have purchased several items recently. Once at home, I realized the cashier had left the plastic security thing on a shirt. I had to drive back there to have it removed. My time wasted. One of the items I purchased was a necklace, which broke before I even wore it. Brought it back to the store to return it. At the entrance I was told to return it at the jewelry counter. After waiting for 20 minutes (with another couple, who was also returning broken 10k gold earrings), I went to cash register. 3 cashiers there, with no customers, they informed me, they don't do returns. Had to go back to jewelry counter, where I had to wait to get my refund. I was going to do some more shopping that day at the store, but at this point I was already pissed and wasted enough time at the store. So I just left. Not even sure I will be back. The store and the parking lot always seems empty, you should make sure you keep your customers. You might be out of business because of your stupid return policies.
Went to find some jeans and ended up buying much more. I like Kohls because you can find what you need at a comfortable price point. The manager noticed a long line and opened 2 more registers. Also, Kohls Cash is a great bonus, I'll be back!
