This store by 441 is the best. The people who work here are way more friendly, helpful and courteous and the manager even went of his way to go to Sawgrass Mills mall to get me a game. Wow, now that's service....
Was told that I could pick up a copy of a new game at midnight, but when I showed up they told me the release was at 11 and I missed it. Now I have to wait an entire day to get the game, which doesn't seem that bad, except for the fact that the employee that forgot to call me to tell me the time was 11, was extremely rude to me in telling me that it was not his fault, but rather was mine. Even though he never called me about the time change.
Linzy, Justin, Bryce, Ash & Mike are all a pleasure to deal with. There are so many rude and pushy GameStop employees everywhere you go. But this store is a diamond in the rough. I've always felt welcome and treated with respect for my time and my money at this store. They have decent promos and I wish they would get the Prestige label so they will have the best promos. Maybe this review will help that cause. Anyway, if you are shopping for anything gaming in the area, stop by and I'm sure you will receive satisfactory service.
