If i could give 100 negative stars i would. As a customer of many gas stations, the experience I had here was by far the worst. First, let's start by saying that when you work in customer service the customer should always be treated fairly under any circumstance. My first time at this gas station, was also my last time at this gas station. This incident took place a few days before hurricane irma when hundreds and thousands of people were in need of gas. I watched dozens of customers like myself be mistreated and were basically told by mariah to leave her alone she had better things to do. I was the second person to approach this gas station at the same time the tank came in to refill the gas.I was outside the gas station waiting for the tank to be refilled after driving for hours seeking gas, I approached a worker named Mariah who told me that she is not answering questions from me or anyone else. I was also told after calling this gas station over 50 times I might as well stop calling because the worker refused to pick up the phone to answer any questions. Also, I was told by mariah the employee that we might as well leave because she was shutting off the pumps on everyone at 11:30. We waited for almost 2 hours and over 200 people was already awaiting gas. Not only was i treated unfairly i was also lied on by this employee mariah who later called the police and was caught in a lie by the police and said that me and other customers were harassing her when in all honesty she just never wanted to do her job, terrible customer service, poor attitude, very self centered, poor example of Murphy USA. In a time of need me and others were treated terribly. I would never return to this gas station.
Love this station!! Gas is always cheap, usually not too busy and no line.
