Called them up and I introduced myself. They then stated they were on a job and didn't have time to talk to me. I simply said thanks but I don't need your service if you can't speak to a new customer. Poor intro for a new customer. Can't imagine the service.

I just got accordian shutters, a screened entry way, and gutters installed on my home and from start to finish everything was done beyond my expectations. When the guy from code enforcement came to check the work for the permit he told me "wow these guys really did a good job". That made me feel really good about the work that was done. For the amount of accordians that had to be installed and the gutters and screened entry install time only took 2 days. We liked the work so much we are having them do another project for us.
