Jessie is amazing, I came in needing a cut, treatment for dry damaged hair & color. She took her time and explained the best course of action & she went right to work. She is a gem and Hair market is Lucky to have her. My hair feels so soft I can't stop touching it. If you need hair service go see her you won't be disappointed.
I love my experience at this Hair Market location!! The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Jessie Cherie did my hair and I could not be happier. She really took the time to find out what I wanted done and we talked about what would be healthier for my hair, the maintenance, and she walked me through everything. Jessie is amazing at her job. She is so positive and very sweet. She is definitely Palm Beach County's best kept secret. I love how comfortable she made me feel and how she did not rush the process at all. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to get their hair done. Thank you Jessie for taking care of me and for making my hair beautiful again!!!
Got a truly awful haircut from Sam at Royal Palm, a new employee who should not be allowed near a pair of scissors. However, most of the stylists there are very good and the prices are reasonable. The important thing to know is that the management and the owner, Lisa, are very responsive to customers and care about the quality of the work done in their salons. I asked Lisa to take a look at the cut I was given and she met me on a Saturday with her top stylist and they were both as appalled as I was at what happened to me. However, they are going beyond what could be expected in trying to fix my hair (not an easy task since Sam almost shaved my head). Most business owners avoid problems and ignore customer complaints. Hair Market did just the opposite. Most of their stylists are, as I said, highly competent and I have had many good haircuts at HM. However, Sam is beyond terrible and I strongly suggest you avoid her like the plague. You can feel confident that Lisa, the owner, will do everything possible to make sure customers are satisfied and will handle the occasional problems responsibly - in my case, my haircut was a disaster, not a problem. I asked for a 1/2 inch trim and she cut of almost all of my hair which was initially below my ears and then butchered it beyond recognition. Lisa has taken steps to make sure this stylist gets more training and is not allowed to cut customers hair until her skills vastly improve. HM cares about their customers and the quality of their work but heed my warning and do not let Sam near you if she is ever again allowed near a customer.
My 3 and 6 year old kids got hair cuts today. They loved the experiance! Adrianne was amazing at keeping my bouncing kids still by redirecting them in a pleasant manor. The staff is friendly and full of information. The market is clean and fully stocked. We will definitely be returning.
