THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ANY RETAIL BUSSINESS!!! I WAS ON HOLD FOR NEARLY 2 HOURS UNTIL THE CALL ENDED AGIAN!!! ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY CLOSED!!!! THANK YOU LOWES!!! NOR ME, MY GUYS OR MY CUSTOMERS WILL BUY FROM YOU EVER AGIAN!!!
We were very pleased with the help that they gave us finding the storm door that we needed. Also in the garden section they gave us advise about the type of soil that we were looking for. It was a very good experience to shop at Lowes.
When this happens to you, contact the manager. Even the threat to speak with management is "sometimes" an attitude adjuster!
Usually satisfied with service received at this store. They seem to always have building materials that the other Lowes in the area do not stock. Have had good experience with the store management at this location. Occasionally you will encounter an associate 'A-hole' that is rude and not willing to help you....... ( probably a Home Depot reject))..........
