I have been a customer since 1999 and thankfully have never needed their services but that day finally came and so I called AAA for their services. When I called at 9 p.m. they told me there was a time frame of 2 to 2 and a half hours I was shocked considering I pay for a service that's supposed to make these kind of situations a smooth process but this was everything but smooth after I waited a little over their 2 and a half hours (11:35pm) I called to find out if they were close I come to find out that there was a mistake and the person I spoke to never sent someone out to me. After speaking on the phone for 10-15min they tell me the dispatcher is going to call me to give me a new time frame it is 12:30am and I'm still in an empty parking lot awaiting their call needless to say I am completely disappointed in their services and would not recommend them to anyone one star is too generous.
