Their pricing is more than faur. I am in the equestrian industry and often need things repaired and need quick turn arounds. They always come through for me. They are always nice and polite and the places is clean! Plus, I get an Email when my clothes are ready. They are a group of hard working women who try to keep their customers happy. They have yet to let me down. :-)
I have no complaints whatsoever about Smart Laundry. While I have never used their by the pound service, I have used their dry cleaning since they opened.
They started out good until my white work shirts came back pink. Not acceptable! When it was brought to their attention, they said there were red pants in the laundry. If you are a professional laundry service or not, everybody knows not to wash reds with whites. Common sense! I will not use them again.
