Cathy spends more time with her customers than any other pet store around. This helps ensure that the new pet owners know everything about the animal they are buying. Buying a pet at Bravo is not a quick process, so don't think you are going to walk in and out. If she doesn't think you can handle the pet she won't sell it to you.
I believe in supporting small local small businesses. Bravo is owned by an animal lover who not only sells pets, but is full of knowledge about the animals she sells, and even helps with those she doesn't sell. She saved my Son's Spider Boa who was on the brink of death! He had to be force fed for months he was so sick and she didn't charge a dime to do so because that is her passion. She saved us tons of $ not having to go to the vet for her feedings. Her animals are much healthier than any chain store by far! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRAVO for all your pets needs!
I spend a lot of time at Bravo Pets. The complaints in the bad reviews are just nonsense. Baby birds always cry for food, even when their crops are full. Baby birds are not hatched with feathers. They come in as the bird grows. Hence they lack feathers. That's just how it is, the owner has no control over either of these things. Baby bunnies poop everywhere. It is impossible to keep them out of "their own filth". Their "filth" consists of hard round pellets. It doesn't stink and sometimes they even eat it.
I had a friendly great experience. Katie instructed me thoroughly on the care of the adorable Holland Lop I purchased. I'm most happy with Bravo, I don't see how it could be any better. Thanks Katie, your a lovely lady.
This a I great place! We drove all the way from Ft. Lauderdale to get my son a rabbit and the lady was very helpful and answered all questions we had. She explained how to train the rabbit and what to do and that we could call her anytime to ask questions if we had any other questions. It was worth the trip. Thank you so much Bravo!
Her animals are well taken care of, so if you want to come in and make snap judgments at least have a clue of what you are talking about. If you want to come in and use her store as your own personal petting zoo, it might not turn out very well. Why? Because she is a business and you are taking her time away from a paying customer.
