Compared to other Wendy's and other fast food places I eat (which is a small amount) I had nothing but a good experience here. Very clean and customer service at the register was on point. Asked for my name for when my food was ready, the manager was pretty funny. Radio works.
Absolutely the worst customer service. From being told rudely they didn't have something. To being to hold to hold up. Horrible.
Yesterday at about 10:30 PM, I went to the drive through and i'm not going to go on my story because it really wasn't nothing serious, but the employee working the Drive through should really work on her attitude or just find a job where she can release all that toxic anger, because your just giving the only fast food restaurant i eat at a bad name. The manager however was very nice and professional although frustrated she still kept her composure. I've been coming to this Wendy's for years never had a single issue but last night that employee made it really awkward.

I don't know what experiences people had and gave it 4 stars but this place is the worst Wendy's in South Florida, if not north America. they always screw up orders and get a attitude when you have to correct them 10x like it's your fault they suck at they're job. Hire a halfway competent staff and a quarter way competent manager and you'll be 75% better. P.s. I work in the food service industry and I know it sucks and isn't easy, but it's even worse if you suck at your job, work at Walmart instead you guys are right up their all.
