The lady with dreads is supper nicr and professional.
I walked in with my daughter and the lady with the dreads yells as she's walking by, we close in 7 minutes. 3 minutes later she yells from the front door, computers are shutting down I have to personally escort you out of the store. She could have done it in a nicer way. Unbelievably RUDE!! I will NEVER shop at this Payless ever again. She needs a refresher in her customer service skills. I'd mark negative stars if I could. Don't shop here.
This woman with the dreads just literally just told my wife the computers were shutting down for the day and that she had to escort my wife and daughter out of the store. Wow. Great customer service. Never again. Thanks
