Had a terrible experience here when renting a truck. Being charged for items that weren't even in the truck when we had it. It's a he said, she said situation and a customer should not be charged for something that was never in the truck cause the manager assumed they were. Would not recommend renting a truck from here unless you take dated photos of what is and isn't in the truck so you have something to back you up. Still waiting for the charges to be removed and now have late fees accruing because I refuse to pay for things that were not in the truck when was rented!!

Just rude. Reserved a unit online, my husband goes in to sign the paperwork and they gave the unit away. Or they never had that unit available?! I also called them to reserve a uhaul, and gave them my reservation number for the unit!! They claim the website is not up to date. And instead of being understanding and trying to help us out, the guy literally shoved us off and was completely rude. I will not even try to contact them again for anything.
Wow! Such a convenient self storage facilty! ! I loved that it was clean and modern but all the units were on the ground level. I used storage before that I had to go up an elevator and this was SOOOOO much more convenient- and still less expensive than the big competitor nearby. I was even able to get a drive up Air conditioned unit! So that was especially good for me since I store things for my store that I have to go to often. And the front desk people were nice too. I highly recommend Easy Self Storage in Royal Palm Beach if you are in the area!!
