The entire team is welcoming and quick to attend to everyone that walks in the door by immediately acknowledging everyone. You don't feel like a customer when you walk in. They make you feel like the V.I.P. MVP of the year. The team here has a great energy, great customer service, very accommodating, and much more. If they don't have a vehicle you want or need. There already on the phone making the appropriate arrangements to make sure you are taking care of the way you want to be taken care of. Which seems very clear to be the way they want to cater to you and each person's individual need. Sitting there watching there team at work with the people walking in is really nice to see that that traditional and outstanding level of service still exists within enterprise. They leave hope for all other places of business by leading by example and taking the initiative to make sure everyone leaves happy and has a good experience. I see enterprise as apart of my family, as that is the way the treat me. Thanks Wellington team for everything! You guys rock!!!!
Staff very friendly and quick, was in and out in under 20 minutes so happy about that. I had a free double upgrade coupon I wanted to use and was told by agent at front desk that i couldn’t. I was renting an SUV so wanted to rent a base SUV and do a double upgrade to full size SUV ... no where on coupon did it say that it could not be used on SUV rental. I was in hurry so did not have time to push the issue but left very disappointed feeling this was just another way to take advantage of the customer
Renting a car from enterprise was truly a great experience, their sign says they treat you like family, I’ve seen that sign before and this is the only company that truly does exactly that again a great experience if I ever need a rental in the future it will always be with enterprise sincerely Steven M Lashbrook
The employees at this location are great. After a very disappointing experience at another location, these gentleman were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make things right. The assistant manager- Augie Fitzhenry went above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend this location.
