Staff members were very good but I had an issue with the vehicle selection. I made the reservation online. Said platform had a disclaimer when you are selecting the vehicle. The disclaimer is "or similar." Haven spoken to someone at the location prior to pick-up, but after the reservation was made, I was informed that vehicles cannot be guaranteed; however the voice said that they were confident that my choice should be available. I went a step further and suggested a second choice just in case. In my case I chose to rent a Toyota 4runner, which wasn't available on the pick-up date, even though the reservation was made almost a month in advance. My second suggestion wasn't available either. What was offered was a Dodge Jouney. Aside from the fact that they are both people movers with the same amount of doors, they are NOT SIMILAR.

Not open on Sundays, message on phone doesn't indicate that or that you are even calling Hertz. Left two messages no return phone call very unprofessional!

Excellent service and price. Used them multiple times while my car was in for extensive repairs. Great vehicle selection to choose from as well.

Any time I plan a vacation they seem to always have a location near the airport of my destination.

I was about to cancel the reservation but due to time constraints, I inquired about another vehicle ( a car) and the staff were very accommodating in satisfying that request. Overall, my experience was mixed.

The employees at this store are miserable and inconsiderate. There are just certain measures that you take when dealing with people's time and money. I've been in the Customer Service industry for 10 years and I would never talk to people the way they talked to me. I feel that I had to be nasty to them (which is highly unlike me) because they were talking to me as if I was unimportant and not worth the time and further explanation. Upon returning the rental car, I was given a figure that was far above what I had anticipated it to be. This was partially due to the fact that I didn't fill up the gas a quarter of an inch more so I was hit with a $10 fee. That's ridiculous! Gas is (on average) $2.50/gallon. $10 is stealing, plain and simple. To make matters worse, there was an additional "rental tax" that I was never told about that added up to the sum of roughly $50. When I asked why I was never told about the additional tax they stated that they had no idea how much it would be because it's based on how long I keep the car for, to which my response was, I had no idea how long I would need the car either being that I just got into an accident and totaled my car. That doesn't excuse the fact that they failed to mention the additional tax all together. Additionally, I recently called back (2 weeks after returning the car) because my son's glasses went missing around the time that I returned the car. I checked the car up and down but we have yet to find the glasses so I thought I would give it a shot and ask if they came across them. The man on the phone stated that they take the car to the car wash and the car wash just throws everything away. Customers are told not to leave anything in the car. Now, this essentially just insulted my intelligence. Why would anybody deliberately leave a pair of $100 glasses in the car?! On top of it, why would you not hold onto things that appear valuable for at least a short while?! He stated that he doesn't wear glasses so he doesn't know how valuable they are. I mean, seriously?! Come on. This is common sense. He just made himself appear incredibly dull. Needless to say, I will never go back!!!
